Welcome to JobVumi. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JobVumi mobile application ("Application") and related services provided by JOBVUMI.
By downloading, installing, creating an account, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Application.

User Responsibilities
You agree that you will:

- Maintain accurate profile details.
- Use the platform lawfully.
- Respect other users.
- Comply with all applicable laws.
Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Create fake accounts.
- Impersonate another individual or organization.
- Upload false resumes or fraudulent documents.
- Use automated bots without authorization.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Application.
- Distribute malware or malicious software.
- Harass or abuse other users.
- Violate intellectual property rights.
- Use the platform for illegal activities.
AI Features
JobVumi may provide AI-powered features such as interview simulations, career recommendations, resume analysis, and interview feedback.
These features are intended to assist users and should not be considered professional employment, legal, or career advice.
Job Applications
When you apply for a job through JobVumi:
- Your profile may be shared with the respective employer.
- Employers are responsible for their own recruitment decisions.
- JobVumi is not responsible for offers, interviews, employment contracts, or hiring decisions.
Employer Content
Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of job postings. JobVumi does not guarantee the authenticity, availability, or accuracy of every job listing.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, content, graphics, text, and designs available through JobVumi remain the property of JOBVUMI or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or modify any part of the Application without prior written permission.
Privacy
Your use of the Application is also governed by the JobVumi Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described therein.
Suspension and Termination
JobVumi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Abuse platform services
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Pose security risks
Disclaimer
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobVumi makes no warranties regarding:
- Continuous availability
- Employment outcomes
- Accuracy of job listings
- Suitability of employers or candidates
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JobVumi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.
