Warehouse Supervisor

Supervise daily warehouse activities and warehouse staff.

Manage receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.

Ensure proper storage and handling of materials and products.

Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.

Conduct regular stock checks and support physical inventory audits.

Verify incoming and outgoing materials against documents.

Coordinate loading and unloading of goods safely and efficiently.

Maintain warehouse documentation, registers, and system records.

Ensure proper labeling and identification of materials.

Monitor material movement and minimize loss or damage.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the warehouse.

Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Logistics, and Dispatch teams.

Train and guide warehouse staff on procedures and safety practices.

Report stock discrepancies, damages, and operational issues to management.
