Warehouse Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound & Outbound Management: Inspect incoming stock shipments against purchase orders and coordinate timely loading, unloading, and staging of goods.

• Inventory Control: Organize stock systematically, execute regular physical stock counts, and reconcile inventory logs with system records to prevent shortages or discrepancies.

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, label, and stage orders for dispatch according to delivery schedules and invoices.

• Documentation & Entry: Update warehouse management systems (WMS), log material movement receipts, and maintain accurate dispatch paperwork.

• Safety & Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, safe, and fully compliant with occupational health and safety standards.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Any Graduate / Diploma holder.

• Experience: Prior experience in warehouse management, inventory handling, or logistics operations is preferred; energetic freshers are welcome.

• Skills: Basic computer skills (MS Excel / WMS software), numerical accuracy, physical stamina for handling goods, and strong organizational skills.

• Attributes: High reliability, team-oriented, punctuality, and attention to detail.
