Job Overview

We are hiring friendly and energetic Waiters / Waitresses to join our hospitality team in Civil Lines, Delhi. In this role, you will welcome guests, take accurate food and beverage orders, deliver meals promptly, and maintain high standards of customer service to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service & Seating: Greet dining guests warmly, guide them to their tables, and provide menus.

• Order Taking: Present menu items, offer recommendations, answer dietary inquiries, and enter orders accurately into the POS system.

• Food & Beverage Delivery: Serve food and drinks promptly while following proper table etiquette and presentation standards.

• Table Maintenance: Clear dishes, sanitize tables between guest visits, and restock dining room supplies (cutlery, napkins, condiments).

• Billing & Payments: Present accurate bills to customers, process cash/card/UPI payments, and issue receipts.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience as a waiter, waitress, or server in a restaurant, cafe, or hotel.

• Strong active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a high-volume dining environment.

• Clean personal grooming, professional appearance, and customer-first mindset.
