Travel Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with customers to understand their travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.

• Provide accurate information regarding travel destinations, itineraries, accommodation, and transportation.

• Plan, design, and sell customized travel packages to clients.

• Handle customer queries promptly and efficiently to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in travel sales, tourism, or customer support within the travel industry is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of major travel destinations, ticketing systems, or booking platforms is a plus.

• Good negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
