Technician

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Setup: Install and assemble new machinery, hardware, or systems according to specifications and technical manuals.
Maintenance & Inspection: Conduct routine preventive maintenance and regular safety inspections on tools and systems.  

Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Identify, diagnose, and repair technical failures or operational issues in a timely manner.  

Documentation: Keep detailed records of maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory parts.  

Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to industry safety guidelines, company policies, and workplace regulations.  

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Vocational Training / ITI / Associate Degree preferred.  

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a technical, maintenance, or engineering support role.

Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Proficiency with hand and power tools.  

Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication, and team collaboration.  

Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy tools/equipment and work in dynamic physical environments as required.
