Technical Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical training sessions for employees, technicians, and team members.

• Explain technical concepts, products, systems, and processes in a simple and practical manner.

• Prepare training modules, presentations, manuals, demonstrations, and assessments.

• Conduct classroom, practical, and blended training programs.

• Identify training needs and develop programs according to business requirements.

• Demonstrate products, equipment, software, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Evaluate trainee performance through tests, practical assessments, and feedback.

• Maintain training records, attendance, reports, and LMS updates.

• Collect participant feedback and continuously improve training content.

• Coordinate with technical teams and subject-matter experts to keep training material updated.

• Support new-employee induction and technical upskilling programs.

Required Skills

• Strong technical knowledge relevant to the assigned training area.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Good classroom management and mentoring abilities.

• Ability to create PowerPoint presentations and training documentation.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable conducting practical demonstrations.

• Basic knowledge of LMS/training management systems.

• Ability to work with different levels of learners.
