Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day team tasks and operational routines to maintain smooth workflow.

• Assist customers or internal stakeholders with queries, guidance, and prompt service support.

• Maintain cleanliness, order, and organization across assigned work stations or service areas.

• Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety guidelines.

• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet daily shift targets and operational goals.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Experience: Freshers as well as candidates with prior experience in team operational roles are welcome to apply.

• Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Punctual, reliable, and adaptable to daily operational requirements.

• Good time-management abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
