Warehouse Supervisor – Job Description

Job Role: Warehouse Supervisor
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse/logistics preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff.

• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.

• Allocate work to warehouse staff and monitor productivity.

• Maintain proper inventory records and stock accuracy.

• Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory.

• Ensure timely order processing and dispatch.

• Monitor loading and unloading activities.

• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness and discipline.

• Handle stock discrepancies, damages and operational issues.

• Prepare daily/weekly warehouse reports for management.

• Coordinate with logistics, delivery and operations teams.

Required Skills:

• Good team-management and communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge, Excel preferred.

• Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations.

• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000/month (depending on location, experience and company).
