Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day store operations, sales performance, and visual merchandising standards.
Lead, train, and supervise store personnel to ensure productivity, high morale, and excellent service.
Manage inventory control, stock audits, loss prevention, and timely merchandise replenishment.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and resolve complex customer inquiries or complaints.
Analyze sales trends, track KPIs, and manage administrative operational tasks and daily reporting.
