Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily store operations, floor activities, and customer service standards.
Learn and support inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising layouts.
Work with senior managers to monitor sales targets, store hygiene, and daily operational reports.
Handle customer queries efficiently to deliver a high-quality shopping experience.
Support team scheduling, staff coordination, and operational compliance.
