Issue materials to departments against authorized requests.

Monitor stock levels and identify shortages or excess inventory.

Conduct regular physical stock verification.

Maintain proper labeling and systematic storage of materials.

Prepare stock reports, GRN, and other store-related documents.

Ensure materials are stored safely to prevent damage or loss.

Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts, and other departments.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the store area.

Update inventory records in ERP/software when required.
