Site Safety Officer

Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards.

Implement and monitor EHS, PPE, and workplace safety requirements.

Ensure workers use appropriate personal protective equipment.

Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness programs.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss events and prepare reports.

Recommend corrective and preventive actions to eliminate safety risks.

Maintain safety records, inspection reports, permits, and documentation.

Monitor safe working practices for construction, machinery, electrical, and maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with work permits such as hot work, height work, confined space, and electrical work.

Coordinate emergency preparedness, evacuation drills, and first-aid arrangements.

Assist in risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).

Report unsafe conditions and unsafe practices to site management.

Coordinate with contractors and workers regarding safety requirements.

Support internal safety audits and regulatory inspections.

Promote a strong safety culture across the site.
