Site Safety Officer

We are seeking a qualified and proactive Site Safety Officer to oversee workplace health and safety practices at construction, industrial, infrastructure, or manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting inspections, identifying hazards, implementing preventive measures, and promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.

Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Implement company safety policies and procedures.

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.

Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Develop and enforce safe work practices.

Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA).

Prepare Risk Assessment reports.

Evaluate site conditions and potential hazards.

Recommend risk mitigation measures.

Conduct safety induction programs for new employees.

Organize toolbox talks and safety meetings.

Provide safety training on PPE, fire safety, emergency response, and work-at-height procedures.

Promote employee awareness regarding workplace hazards.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.

Prepare incident reports.

Recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Maintain accident and injury records.

Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations.

Maintain safety records and documentation.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports.

Coordinate with regulatory authorities during inspections.

Develop emergency response plans.

Conduct mock drills and evacuation exercises.

Ensure emergency equipment is operational.

Coordinate first aid and emergency response activities.

Ensure availability and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Conduct PPE inspections.

Educate workers on correct PPE usage.
