Security Officer

Job Overview

We are seeking reliable, vigilant, and disciplined Security Officers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding property, assets, employees, and visitors by maintaining a safe and secure environment, monitoring premises, and responding effectively to incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol & Surveillance: Conduct regular foot patrols across the facility to ensure all security barriers, doors, and gates are locked and secure. Monitor premises for signs of unauthorized access, vandalism, or potential hazards.

• Access Control: Manage visitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain accurate visitor logs, and issue temporary passes.

• Monitoring Systems: Check and monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and emergency equipment, reporting any malfunctions promptly.

• Incident Response: Respond immediately to emergencies, alarms, fires, or medical situations. Follow standard operating protocols to control situations and notify emergency services when required.

• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare detailed daily shift logs, incident reports, and safety logs. Ensure strict compliance with company policies and local safety regulations.

• Customer Service & Assistance: Serve as a polite and helpful point of contact for employees and visitors while maintaining firm authority on security procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience as a Security Officer, Guard, or in a similar safety/protection role is preferred (freshers with relevant training may apply).

• Physical Fitness: Strong physical condition and stamina to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.

• Skills: Excellent alertness, observation skills, conflict resolution, and clear communication abilities.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shift patterns, including weekends or night shifts as assigned.

Compensation & Work Details

• Position: Security Officer (20 Openings)

• Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000

• Work Location: Onsite (Phulwari / Kadamkuan, Bihar)

• Schedule: Flexible shifts | 5 Working Days
