R&D Engineer

Conduct research and development activities for new and existing products.

Design, develop, test, and improve products, processes, and prototypes.

Perform technical analysis, experiments, and feasibility studies.

Identify and implement process and product improvements.

Prepare technical reports, specifications, and project documentation.

Conduct testing and analyze results to ensure product performance.

Troubleshoot technical and design-related issues.

Work with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other teams.

Support product validation and testing activities.

Stay updated on new technologies, materials, and industry trends.

Ensure projects meet quality, cost, performance, and timeline requirements.
