Quality Control Analyst

Perform testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

Conduct chemical, physical, and/or microbiological testing as required.

Operate laboratory instruments and equipment safely and accurately.

Prepare samples, reagents, standards, and test solutions.

Record test results accurately and maintain laboratory documentation.

Review analytical results and identify deviations or abnormal findings.

Follow SOPs, GMP/GLP, safety guidelines, and quality standards.

Perform calibration and routine maintenance checks of laboratory equipment.

Assist in investigation of out-of-specification (OOS) results.

Maintain proper laboratory records, logbooks, and test reports.

Coordinate with Production and QA teams regarding quality issues.

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping of the laboratory.
