Quality Control Analyst

Perform routine laboratory testing and analysis as per approved procedures.

Collect, label, prepare, and test samples accurately.

Operate laboratory instruments and equipment safely.

Record and review test results and analytical data.

Compare results with approved specifications and standards.

Identify and report out-of-specification (OOS) results and deviations.

Maintain laboratory records, worksheets, and test reports.

Follow SOPs, GMP, GLP, and laboratory safety procedures.

Perform routine equipment checks, calibration, and maintenance.

Assist in investigations of testing failures and quality deviations.

Ensure proper storage and disposal of samples and laboratory materials.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory.

Coordinate with QA, Production, R&D, and other departments when required.
