Quality Control Analyst

Perform routine chemical, physical, microbiological, or analytical testing as applicable.

Collect and prepare samples according to approved procedures.

Operate laboratory instruments and equipment properly.

Record and document test results accurately.

Compare analytical results with approved specifications.

Identify and report out-of-specification (OOS) or abnormal results.

Maintain laboratory records, worksheets, and test reports.

Follow SOPs, GMP, GLP, and laboratory safety procedures.

Perform calibration checks and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Assist in investigations related to quality deviations and testing failures.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory.

Coordinate with QA, Production, R&D, and other departments when required.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of samples and chemicals.
