Quality Control Analyst

Perform chemical, physical, and/or microbiological testing of samples as assigned.

Test raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples.

Prepare samples, reagents, standards, and solutions according to approved procedures.

Operate laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Visible spectrophotometer, pH meter, and dissolution apparatus, as applicable.

Perform testing according to approved SOPs, specifications, analytical methods, and pharmacopoeial standards.

Record analytical results accurately in laboratory worksheets, notebooks, and electronic systems.

Review analytical data and report OOS (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend) results according to procedures.

Perform routine calibration, verification, and maintenance checks of laboratory instruments.

Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and proper sample storage.

Follow GMP, GLP, GDP, and data-integrity requirements.

Assist with analytical method validation, verification, and transfer activities.

Maintain laboratory records, logbooks, test reports, and quality documentation.

Investigate testing errors and analytical discrepancies.

Coordinate with QA, Production, R&D, and other departments regarding quality-related activities.

Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and laboratory investigations.
