Quality Control Analyst

Perform routine testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

Prepare samples, reagents, solutions, and testing materials as required.

Conduct chemical, physical, microbiological, or other relevant quality tests.

Operate laboratory instruments and equipment safely and correctly.

Record test results accurately and maintain laboratory documentation.

Compare test results with approved specifications and standards.

Identify and report Out-of-Specification (OOS) and abnormal results.

Assist in investigation of deviations, errors, and quality failures.

Follow approved SOPs, GMP/GLP, safety procedures, and quality policies.

Perform routine checks and support calibration of laboratory equipment.

Maintain proper sample identification, storage, and traceability.

Support internal, customer, and regulatory quality audits.

Maintain laboratory cleanliness and good housekeeping practices.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.

Coordinate with Production, QA, R&D, and other departments regarding quality issues.
