Quality Control Analyst

Perform routine quality control testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

Conduct chemical, physical, microbiological, or other relevant laboratory tests as per SOPs.

Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.

Prepare samples, reagents, solutions, and test materials as required.

Record and maintain accurate laboratory test results and documentation.

Review test results against approved specifications and standards.

Identify and report Out-of-Specification (OOS) and abnormal results.

Assist in investigating quality deviations and laboratory errors.

Follow SOPs, GMP/GLP, safety procedures, and company quality policies.

Perform calibration and routine checks of laboratory equipment.

Maintain laboratory cleanliness and proper sample storage.

Support internal and external quality audits.

Ensure proper documentation and traceability of all testing activities.

Coordinate with Production, QA, R&D, and other departments regarding quality issues.
