Quality Control Analyst

Collect and test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

Perform chemical, physical, and microbiological tests as applicable.

Operate laboratory instruments and equipment safely and accurately.

Prepare reagents, solutions, standards, and test samples.

Record test results accurately and maintain laboratory documentation.

Review results against approved specifications and standards.

Identify and report OOS (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend) results.

Assist in investigations, root-cause analysis, and CAPA activities.

Perform calibration and routine checks of laboratory instruments.

Follow approved SOPs, GLP/GMP, safety, and data-integrity requirements.

Maintain laboratory cleanliness, samples, chemicals, and testing records.

Support internal and external quality audits and inspections.

Prepare QC reports and communicate abnormal findings to the concerned department.
