Quality Control Analyst

Perform routine quality control testing and analysis of samples.

Conduct chemical, physical, microbiological, or other laboratory tests as required.

Prepare samples, reagents, buffers, and standard solutions.

Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.

Record and review test results accurately and maintain laboratory documentation.

Identify deviations and investigate Out-of-Specification (OOS) or unexpected results.

Assist with root-cause investigations and CAPA activities.

Follow approved SOPs, test methods, specifications, and laboratory procedures.

Maintain laboratory notebooks, worksheets, certificates, and analytical records.

Support stability testing and sample-management activities where applicable.

Coordinate with QA, Production, R&D, and other laboratory teams.

Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and applicable quality standards.

Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and proper chemical/sample handling practices.

Support internal and external audits by providing required QC documentation.
