QA/QC Supervisor

Supervise daily QA/QC activities and inspection teams.

Inspect raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.

Ensure compliance with approved quality specifications and SOPs.

Review inspection reports, test results, and quality records.

Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities.

Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Conduct process and product quality inspections.

Maintain quality documentation, reports, and records.

Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, R&D, and other departments.

Ensure testing and inspection equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

Support internal and external quality audits.

Assist with root-cause analysis of quality issues.

Train and guide QA/QC staff on quality and safety procedures.

Ensure compliance with applicable GMP, GLP, ISO, and company requirements.
