QA/QC Supervisor

Supervise daily QA/QC activities and quality inspection teams.

Inspect raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.

Ensure compliance with quality specifications and approved standards.

Review test results, inspection reports, and quality records.

Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.

Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, quality procedures, and control plans.

Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, R&D, and other departments.

Monitor sampling, testing, inspection, and documentation activities.

Assist in root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Maintain quality documentation, reports, and inspection records.

Ensure laboratory and inspection equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

Train and guide QA/QC staff on quality procedures and safety practices.

Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance requirements are followed.
