Production Supervisor

Supervise daily production activities and production workers.

Plan and allocate work according to production targets.

Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

Ensure proper use of machines, materials, and manpower.

Maintain production records, reports, and shift-wise data.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.

Identify production issues and take corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with safety rules, SOPs, and company policies.

Monitor wastage, downtime, and productivity.

Train and guide workers on production procedures and safety.

Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled time.

Report production status and issues to the Production Manager.
