Production Supervisor

Supervise daily production activities and production staff.

Allocate work and monitor employee performance.

Ensure daily and monthly production targets are achieved.

Monitor production schedules and workflow.

Ensure machines and equipment are operating efficiently.

Coordinate with QC/QA to maintain product quality.

Identify production issues and take corrective actions.

Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.

Coordinate with Maintenance, Stores, Quality, and other departments.

Train and guide production operators and workers.

Monitor material usage and minimize production wastage.

Ensure employees follow SOPs, safety rules, and company policies.

Report production performance and issues to management.
