Production Supervisor

Supervise daily production activities and workforce.

Plan and allocate work according to production requirements.

Monitor production schedules and achieve daily targets.

Ensure machines and equipment are operating properly.

Monitor product quality and coordinate with the QC/QA team.

Identify production issues and take corrective action.

Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.

Ensure employees follow SOPs, safety rules, and company policies.

Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and other departments.

Train and guide production workers.

Monitor material usage and minimize production wastage.

Report production performance and issues to management.
