Production Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.

Allocate tasks and manage production workers.

Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.

Monitor machines, equipment, raw materials, and production processes.

Ensure products meet required quality specifications.

Identify production problems and coordinate corrective actions.

Maintain production records, shift reports, and operational documentation.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.

Ensure employees follow SOPs, safety rules, and company policies.

Monitor material usage and reduce production wastage.

Train and guide workers on production processes and safety procedures.

Report production performance, breakdowns, and operational issues to management.
