Production Supervisor

Supervise daily production activities and production-line operations.

Allocate tasks and manage production workers.

Ensure production targets and schedules are achieved on time.

Monitor machines, equipment, raw materials, and production processes.

Ensure products meet required quality specifications.

Identify production issues and coordinate corrective actions.

Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.

Ensure workers follow SOPs, safety rules, and company policies.

Monitor material usage and minimize production wastage.

Train and guide workers on production procedures and safety practices.

Report production performance, breakdowns, and operational issues to management.
