Production Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.

Allocate tasks to operators and production workers.

Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.

Monitor machines, production lines, and manufacturing processes.

Ensure production follows approved SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Engineering teams.

Ensure availability and proper utilization of raw materials and resources.

Identify production delays, defects, breakdowns, and process issues.

Take corrective action and escalate major issues to management.

Maintain production records, shift reports, logbooks, and other documentation.

Monitor machine downtime, rejection, wastage, and productivity.

Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices in production areas.

Train and guide operators on production procedures and safety requirements.

Support preventive maintenance and machine-breakdown activities.

Participate in root-cause analysis and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Prepare daily and weekly production performance reports.

Ensure proper shift handover and communication between teams.
