Production Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.

Allocate work to operators and production staff.

Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are achieved.

Monitor machines, production lines, and manufacturing processes.

Ensure products are manufactured according to approved specifications and SOPs.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Engineering teams.

Monitor raw-material availability and proper utilization.

Identify production delays, defects, breakdowns, and process issues.

Take corrective action and escalate major issues to management.

Maintain production records, shift reports, logbooks, and other documentation.

Monitor machine downtime, rejection, wastage, and production efficiency.

Ensure proper cleaning, housekeeping, and 5S practices in the production area.

Train and guide operators on production procedures and workplace safety.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company policies.

Support preventive maintenance and coordinate during machine breakdowns.

Participate in root-cause analysis and continuous-improvement activities.

Prepare daily/weekly production performance reports.

Ensure proper shift handover and communication between teams.
