Production Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Setup, run, and monitor manufacturing equipment and production line machinery efficiently.

• Assembly & Processing: Assemble parts, feed materials into machines, and perform routine processing tasks according to specification guidelines.

• Quality Control: Inspect finished goods and components for defects or irregularities to meet quality standards.

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform basic routine machine maintenance, clean work areas, and report equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.

• Documentation: Log daily output numbers, rejection counts, and operational parameters in production records.

• Safety & Compliance: Follow company safety policies, maintain clean standards, and wear required protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Standard 10th / 12th Pass, ITI (Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or related trade preferred).

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly line, or plant operations (freshers with relevant ITI training may apply).

• Skills: Basic mechanical aptitude, ability to read technical instructions, attention to detail, and manual dexterity.

• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive physical tasks on the production floor.
