Process Quality Engineer

Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks.

Identify defects, process deviations, and non-conformities.

Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using 5 Why, Fishbone, and other quality tools.

Implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Analyze rejection, rework, scrap, and defect trends.

Work closely with Production and Manufacturing teams to reduce process-related defects.

Monitor critical process parameters and ensure they remain within specified limits.

Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, inspection standards, and quality records.

Conduct process audits and support internal, customer, and certification audits.

Support SPC, PFMEA, Control Plan, 7 QC Tools, 5S, and Kaizen activities.

Investigate customer complaints related to process quality and support corrective actions.

Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering teams for process-related equipment issues.

Ensure measuring and inspection instruments are properly calibrated.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly process quality reports.

Train production employees on quality procedures and process requirements.
