Process Quality Engineer

Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure quality compliance.

Perform in-process inspections and process quality checks.

Identify defects, process deviations, and non-conformities.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using 5 Why, Fishbone, and other quality tools.

Implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Analyze rejection, defect, rework, and process-performance data.

Work with Production and Manufacturing teams to reduce defects and improve process efficiency.

Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, inspection standards, and quality records.

Conduct process audits and support internal and customer audits.

Monitor critical process parameters and ensure they remain within specified limits.

Support SPC, PFMEA, Control Plan, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.

Investigate customer complaints and support corrective actions.

Ensure measuring and inspection equipment is properly calibrated.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.

Train production personnel on quality procedures and process requirements.
