Process Quality Engineer

Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks at different stages of production.

Identify process deviations, defects, and non-conformities.

Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using tools such as 5 Why and Fishbone Analysis.

Implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Analyze process quality data, defect trends, and rejection rates.

Work with Production and Manufacturing teams to reduce defects and improve process capability.

Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, quality check sheets, and process documentation.

Conduct process audits and support internal and external quality audits.

Monitor key process parameters and ensure they remain within defined limits.

Support implementation of SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, 5S, Kaizen, and other quality improvement tools.

Investigate customer complaints related to process quality and support corrective actions.

Coordinate with suppliers and other departments when process-related quality issues arise.

Ensure measuring instruments and inspection equipment are properly calibrated.

Prepare quality reports and communicate process performance to management.

Train production personnel on quality procedures and process requirements
