Picker & Packer

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Retrieve correct products from warehouse shelves, racks, or storage areas according to picking lists or order invoices.

• Packing & Labeling: Inspect items for quality/damage, pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials, and apply correct shipping labels.

• Inventory Control: Conduct routine inventory counts, report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items to the supervisor.

• Receiving & Storing: Assist with unloading incoming shipments, sorting inventory, and stocking items in their designated locations.

• Safety & Maintenance: Keep work area, packing stations, and aisles clean, orderly, and compliant with safety guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum High School / 10th pass preferred.

• Experience: Prior experience as a Picker, Packer, or Warehouse Assistant is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry light to medium-weight packages throughout the shift.

• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on order accuracy and correct labeling.

• Teamwork: Good communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
