Pharma QC Analyst

Perform chemical, physical, and/or microbiological testing of pharmaceutical samples as assigned.

Analyze raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples.

Operate laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Visible spectrophotometer, pH meter, and dissolution apparatus as trained and authorized.

Perform testing according to approved SOPs, specifications, analytical methods, and pharmacopoeial requirements.

Prepare reagents, solutions, standards, and test samples.

Record analytical results accurately in laboratory records and electronic systems.

Review analytical data and report OOS (Out of Specification) or OOT (Out of Trend) results according to procedures.

Maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, and testing areas.

Perform instrument calibration and routine checks as per approved procedures.

Follow GMP, GLP, GDP, and data-integrity requirements.

Assist with method validation, verification, and analytical method transfer activities.

Maintain laboratory notebooks, worksheets, logbooks, and other QC documentation.

Coordinate with QA, Production, R&D, and other departments regarding quality-related activities.

Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and laboratory investigations.
