Pharma Production Supervisor

Supervise daily pharmaceutical manufacturing and production activities.

Allocate work and monitor production operators and technicians.

Ensure production is carried out according to SOPs, BMRs, and GMP requirements.

Monitor manufacturing processes and production targets.

Check equipment readiness, cleanliness, and proper operation.

Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and packaging materials.

Maintain and review production records, logbooks, and batch documentation.

Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.

Identify production issues, deviations, and process abnormalities and report them to the appropriate department.

Ensure proper implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety procedures.

Monitor line clearance, cleaning, and changeover activities.

Train and guide production personnel on SOPs, GMP, and safety requirements.

Minimize production losses, downtime, wastage, and operational errors.

Prepare daily production reports and communicate production status to management.

Support investigations, CAPA, change control, and audit/inspection activities.
