Pharma Production Officer

Execute daily production activities according to approved SOPs, BMRs, and GMP requirements.

Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure production schedules are achieved.

Operate and monitor production equipment as per SOPs.

Perform line clearance, equipment checks, and area verification before production.

Ensure correct dispensing and handling of raw materials and packaging materials.

Maintain accurate batch manufacturing records, logbooks, and production documents.

Monitor in-process activities and report abnormalities or deviations.

Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, and Maintenance departments.

Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and changeover of production areas and equipment.

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Documentation Practices, and safety procedures.

Report production deviations, breakdowns, material shortages, and process issues to supervisors.

Minimize material wastage and production losses.

Assist in investigations, CAPA, change control, validation, and audit activities.

Prepare daily production reports and maintain required records.

Follow workplace safety and environmental procedures.
