Pharma Production Chemist

Execute pharmaceutical production activities according to approved SOPs and batch manufacturing records.

Prepare and handle raw materials, solutions, and production intermediates.

Monitor manufacturing processes and critical process parameters.

Operate and monitor production equipment as per procedures.

Maintain accurate batch records and production documentation.

Perform in-process checks and coordinate with Quality Control.

Identify process deviations and report them to the appropriate supervisor.

Support investigation of production issues and implementation of corrective actions.

Ensure proper cleaning, sanitization, and housekeeping of production areas.

Follow GMP, safety, hygiene, and environmental procedures.

Coordinate with QC, QA, Engineering, and Warehouse teams.

Assist in process optimization and continuous improvement activities.

Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials.
