Pharma Packaging Operator

Operate pharmaceutical packaging machines as per SOPs and production requirements.

Perform machine setup, adjustment, and changeover activities.

Pack tablets, capsules, bottles, strips, cartons, and other pharmaceutical products.

Check packaging materials, labels, batch numbers, and expiry dates before and during production.

Monitor packaging line operations and maintain required production speed and quality.

Perform in-process quality checks and report any defects or discrepancies.

Maintain accurate batch records, machine logs, and production documentation.

Follow GMP, SOPs, safety procedures, and hygiene requirements.

Clean and sanitize machines and packaging areas as per procedures.

Identify minor machine problems and coordinate with the maintenance team when required.

Prevent mix-ups and contamination by following proper line-clearance procedures.

Achieve daily production targets while maintaining product quality.
