Packing Supervisor

Supervise daily packing and labeling activities.

Allocate tasks to packing staff and monitor their performance.

Ensure correct packing, sealing, labeling, and handling of products.

Inspect packed products for quality, quantity, and packaging defects.

Monitor availability and proper use of packaging materials.

Maintain packing records, production reports, and shift documentation.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams.

Ensure workers follow SOPs, safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Identify packing-related problems and take corrective action.

Monitor packing machines and report breakdowns to the maintenance team.

Train workers on packing procedures and workplace safety.

Ensure cleanliness and discipline in the packing area.
