Packing Supervisor

Supervise daily packing and packaging operations.

Allocate work and manage packing staff efficiently.

Ensure products are packed according to quality and safety standards.

Monitor packaging materials and maintain adequate stock.

Inspect packed products for proper labeling, quantity, and packaging quality.

Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, and Warehouse teams.

Maintain production and packing records.

Identify and resolve packing-related issues and delays.

Ensure proper handling and storage of finished products.

Follow SOPs, GMP, safety, and hygiene procedures.

Train and guide packing staff on proper procedures.

Monitor productivity and minimize material wastage.
