Packing Supervisor

Supervise daily packing and packaging activities.

Allocate work and manage packing staff/operators.

Ensure correct packing, labeling, sealing, and batch identification.

Monitor packing materials and maintain adequate stock.

Ensure products are packed according to SOPs and quality standards.

Inspect packed products for defects, damage, or incorrect labeling.

Maintain packing records, production reports, and documentation.

Coordinate with Production, QC/QA, Stores, and Dispatch teams.

Monitor machine/equipment performance and report breakdowns.

Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and 5S practices.

Meet daily production and dispatch targets.

Train and guide packing operators.
