Packing Executive

Pack products according to company standards and specifications.

Check product quantity, weight, sealing, and packaging condition.

Apply labels, batch numbers, manufacturing dates, and expiry dates correctly.

Operate basic packing tools and machinery as required.

Inspect packaging materials for defects or damage.

Maintain proper records of packing activities and quantities.

Ensure products are packed safely to prevent damage during handling and transportation.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area.

Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality procedures.

Report damaged products, packaging defects, or operational issues to the supervisor.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams.

Minimize packaging material wastage.

Perform other packing-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
