Job Overview

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Menswear Category Head to manage and drive the performance of our menswear retail division in Danapur, Patna. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product assortments, monitoring inventory flow, managing vendor relationships, and implementing sales strategies to maximize category profitability and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category growth strategies, product mix, and assortment planning for the menswear section.

• Analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to identify new revenue opportunities.

• Collaborate with procurement and visual merchandising teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and attractive store display setups.

• Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs), sales performance, stock turnover, and margin health across store locations.

• Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality merchandise.
