Mechanical Engineer

Design, develop, and modify mechanical components, machines, and systems.

Monitor installation, commissioning, and operation of mechanical equipment.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery.

Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and identify root causes.

Prepare and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.

Coordinate with Production, Electrical, Maintenance, Quality, and other departments.

Inspect machines, equipment, and mechanical components for defects or wear.

Ensure machines operate according to required performance and safety standards.

Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and improvement projects.

Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and technical documentation.

Maintain records of equipment maintenance, breakdowns, and repairs.

Assist in procurement and selection of mechanical spare parts and equipment.

Monitor machine performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

Follow workplace safety procedures and applicable engineering standards.

Support installation and commissioning of new machinery.

Assist in audits, inspections, and continuous-improvement activities.
