Manufacturing Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities.

Allocate work and manage operators and production staff.

Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.

Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

Monitor machines, equipment, materials, and production processes.

Identify and resolve production issues and process bottlenecks.

Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with safety, SOP, and company policies.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.

Monitor manpower, material usage, and production efficiency.

Train and guide workers on processes and safety procedures.

Report production performance and issues to management.
